Hi I'm Pearl! I own Pause Therapeutics, and I'm happy you found me! I specialize in working with marginalized populations, adolescents, and those navigating complex life experiences. My approach is rooted in a holistic understanding and a desire to create a safe, non-judgmental space for healing and growth with my clients!
I will work to tailor my clinical skills to meet your needs, calling on my various realms of study to create a plan that works for you, while always being willing to learn more with you if new skills are needed. Pause Therapeutics, LLC is dedicated to providing culturally affirming mental health support to Black and Brown individuals, couples, families, and LGBTQ+ communities.
I offer comprehensive telephonic therapy services tailored to your needs, along with opportunities to be hired for community education, professional development support, mental health advocacy or sexual wellness education. I welcome individuals in nontraditional relationship styles and provide specialized support for those with histories of trauma. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, dissociation, PTSD, complex PTSD, neurodivergence, or relationship challenges, I'm excited to support you!

Our Services
Virtual Therapy
Individual, couples, and family therapy sessions delivered by televideo platforms, or over the phone. I provide culturally affirming mental health support for trauma, anxiety, PTSD, complex PTSD, dissociation, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, and more! I see children as young as 8yrs old, and have early morning and after school hours available. I offer have sliding scale fees, as well as super bill options for backpay from your insurance.
Community & Family Education
Educational workshops and resources designed to increase mental health understanding and sexual health awareness within families and communities. Advocacy and education tailored towards an anti-racist and pleasure centered future within workplaces, or community level organizations. All workshops and education provided aim to have the safety and joy of Black and Brown communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and marginalized populations centered.
Professional Development & Consultation
Professional development support and consultation services for therapists, educators, and organizations seeking to enhance their cultural competency and ability to provide trauma-informed support to marginalized communities.
