At this time we are not accepting insurance, but can provide a superbill to help with out-of-network reimbursement options.

Use our booking to schedule a free 20min consult. Beyond that, you will have an online portal where you can schedule, reschedule, or cancel your schedules as needed. You will also be able to contact your therapist through this portal! Each client/couple has one forgiven late cancellation/NO SHOW per month that you can use when you like. They do not roll over. If possible, I will work with you to reschedule in a timely fashion to avoid fees! A client’s ‘No show/cancelations’ records reset each month (with exception).

For Standard Rate Clients:
Individual/Couples Session Cancellation fees :

• 75% charge first offense all session lengths
• 100% charge second offense and on per month all session lengths

Family/Group Session Cancellation fees:

• 50% charge first & second offense all session lengths
• 100% charge third offense and on per month all session lengths

For Sliding Scale Clients:
Individual/Couples Session Cancellation fees:

• 50% charge
• 45% charge 90min virtual extended session

Family Session Cancellation fees:

• 50% charge all session lengths

Educational workshop/family educational/personal development:

• 75% 2week
• 50% 1 week
• 0% >1week notice cancelation

Sessions are typically 50mins long, though longer sessions are available as clinically appropriate and as scheduling allows. Please note cost changes with extended sessions, and ask us if you have any questions!

As a client of Pause Therapeutics, you will have access to a secure portal where you can securely communicate with your therapist between sessions. Outside of sessions communication lines are open for texts, emails and calls on a case-by-case and as-needed and clinically appropriate basis. Additional costs or session adjustment may be necessary for this process. Communication for session cancelation and scheduling will be done through the client portal.

You can choose to schedule a session for yourself, a minor that you have legal custody for, or yourself and someone who will be in the session with you!

You cannot book a therapy session for another adult of legal age.

We offer virtual only therapeutic services for individuals, couples and families. Sessions can take place over the phone or with a televideo platform depending on client availability and access.

Pause Therapeutics also offers educational programing for families, groups, and organizations on an as-needed basis. These services can be done virtually or in person depending on what is most clinically appropriate and possible schedule-wise!
